Fees and Insurance

Insurance:

I am currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, and Optum including United Healthcare.

Out of Network Fees:

55 Minute Session: $175

90 Minute EMDR Session: $225

For out of network clients, I can provide a super bill for potential reimbursement through your insurance. Contact your insurance to learn if you qualify for “out of network” reimbursement.

Gender Affirming Evaluations:

I offer evaluations for gender affirming medical care at the fixed costs outlined below:

Double mastectomy, breast augmentation, facial surgery, hysterectomy: $250

Phalloplasty, vaginoplasty, orchiectomy, metoidioplasty: $350

Though very rare, an evaluation does not guarantee I can provide a letter of support. In the event that I do not feel able to provide a letter of support, I will charge my standard therapy rate of $175.
